Good Morning!

Mornings during the week are tough!  We get up at 5:30 a.m. to get ready for school and work. Keep in mind that my natural wake up time, the time I wake up and feel refreshed, is 7:30 a.m. (And that’s before we go into clock change.) The thing that makes mornings easier for me are taking a few moments to read my Bible, spending a whole hour in the car with my teen (whether she likes it or not), and seeing the farm wake up.

This is the barn where the kitties play. Sometimes we bring our horses in, like during freezing rain, and hot, hot summer days.  For the most part though, they are happy to be outside where they can graze all day. Unless…there’s grain in the barn.  It’s all about food with horses.  Maybe I was a horse in another life.
